Eligibility requires an active California license, a pending sale under contract, and a cooperating broker or escrow company.

This includes help with compliance, a dedicated office administrator, in-house compliance services, and E&O insurance coverage. Growth-focused training includes weekly Zoom sessions (every Wednesday) with real-world insights, actionable strategies, and step-by-step game plans. Sessions are recorded and available for viewing the next day. Additionally, bi-monthly all-agent masterminds are held to foster learning and growth.
